Service Description
This complimentary 15-minute call is designed to understand your situation at a high level and determine whether our services are the right fit. No analysis, consulting, or case work is performed during this call. If additional services are needed, they will be clearly outlined at the conclusion of the conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment of $150.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will forfeit the full payment. Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion, without refund. Service Limitation: This booking is for a 30-minute Tax Notice Consultation only. Additional services require a separate agreement and payment.
