Review and explanation of IRS or state tax notices. Clarifies what the notice means and outlines appropriate next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment of $150.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will forfeit the full payment.
Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion, without refund.
Service Limitation: This booking is for a 30-minute Tax Notice Consultation only. Additional services require a separate agreement and payment.
